I love this massager! It worked better than I had hoped, I highly recommend it. I purchased in hopes of some small help with chronic back and neck pain from multiple whiplash injuries and neuropathy, not to mention so much other pain I haven’t been able to afford massage treatment for. Im so happy with this purchase! I work in an office and i was having back pains now i use it every morning when i wake up, at the office and before I go to sleep. I don’t usually write reviews, but I had to for this one…I bought this on a whim the other night because I’ve been working out like crazy and have knots in places that a foam roller and lacrosse ball just can’t reach. I got home from a workout and saw my package had arrived. I ended up laying on my couch for 45 minutes getting a massage before I even thought about showering…This thing is amazing. The heat combined with the roller balls is making my back feel ten times better. I actually may fall asleep while writing this review…5 stars, every athlete should have one of these!

I love this massager. I have had it for 2 days and it makes my back feel great. I have spent months going to chiropractors, massage therapists, naturopath, acupuncturist, and a pain management physician trying to minimize my pain from a car accident. This was physician reccomended and is amazing. I tried topical and oral analgesics and nothing was cutting the pain. The muscles just will not relax since the injury. I have used heat packs with little effect. As soon as I put the massager on my back starts relaxing. The heat is a good temperature through a layer of clothing to warm and relax through my tight muscles to allow my back to relax so I can sleep. My back felt great the day after using although towards the end of my work day I was eager to get home and use the massager to reap the benefits of relaxation and pain relief. My husband started using it as well and says it works great for his tight achey muscles. It came with a car charger although I don’t k ow how safe that would be, you would also need to adjust your seat to accommodate for the size of the pillow it’s about 3″ thick from the outermost ball to the back.

This is an amazing shiatsu massager. It is very easy to use and you can easily trail it up from your neck and down thru the spine There are enough massaging balls to be able to reach a nice area along with the added heat which is not too intense- just right. Could easily be used on a leg or arm too. Great quality on the material. I had to contact the customer service via email and they were amazing. Great warranty and all backed up by a responsive quality driven customer service and company. I love I can get a massage in my own home and on my own time. Really has helped my back.

I’m a digital artist, and after a day being hunched over my tablet, my neck and right shoulder hate me with passion. This little device has helped me get rid of this pain and regain the ability to turn my head and use my right arm so many times since I bought it. I keep it in my office for those times when the pain catches up to me during the day. It’s a wonderful little massager, and I don’t want to ever be without it.
The heat is also really awesome. It takes some time for it to reach temperature, but when it does, it’s so nice.
So for a price of one good massage, I got this thing, which may not be as versatile as a trained massage therapist, but it’s readily available and I actually use it, as opposed to never getting around to going to see a massage therapist.

I bought one of these massagers for my mom as a Mother’s Day gift, because my mother works standing up the whole day she suffers from leg pain when she gets home. This massager has completely changed her life. Once she gets home she plugs it in and puts the massager underneath her legs and she says it soothes her leg pain until she feels no pain. When the timer goes off (20 mins), she can walk like a new person again. She loves this massager, and she even said it’s one of the best presents I’ve EVER given to her. I couldn’t be happier! I even went and bought one for myself, and I use it in my car on my way home from work. So convenient it comes with a cigarette lighter connector to plug it in my car. Once I get home I take it out and my wife uses it on our bed. Excellent product. Customer service is outstanding! Totally recommend this product!

I’m writing this review because I am about to buy my 9th one! This makes the perfect present for family, friends, coworkers… really whoever you are buying this for will love you for it! And so will their family members that try it out. It’s really addicting to use. I’m typically running mine on a daily basis for a couple hours at a time. It also worked great with the car adapter during a long road trip- although I think I would be too relaxed to use this while driving! My sister asked if I was working for this company as I can’t stop raving about this product and buying more as gifts! Just buy it already. You won’t regret it!
