        We have luckily not had an incident requiring the use of the device for our son (8 months) but my fiancé and I tested it on ourselves and the suction is powerful. I have trust that if we ever find ourselves in need of the product it will perform as described.

        I have four kids between the ages of 3 and 8. Fortunately I have not had to use this, but it gives me peace of mind just having it in the house.It’s really quite a simple device… basically a plunger for your face. It has 3 different size masks that cover the mouth and nose. They’re very soft so that they can conform to the face and make a good seal. There’s a one-way valve so that as you push the handle in it doesn’t force air into the person’s airways and push the obstruction further in. Pull the handle and it creates suction to dislodge whatever they’re choking on. Performance is great- it makes serious suction if you try it on your hand. Good value compared to the competition.

        I have not had to use this yet. I did test out the suction and it seems to be functional. Hopefully I'll never have to use it!

        I hope you don't come across a situation where you have to use this device but it is a literal life saver. I had to use this device on my 2 month old baby when she choked and aspirated her spit up in the middle of the night. I tried everything i could to get her to breathe again and my baby girl was turning blue. I had this device at arms reach and used it and it worked. Im so glad i bought this device as a precaution. It's easy to set up and really easy to use. I highly recommend any parent or caretaker to buy one. I never thought I'd have to use it on my baby. Buy it!

        Im so glad I now have this for in the event an emergency will or should arise! My daughter recently choked on food resulting in us having to do the Heimleich maneuver. Which prompted us to purchase. I love that it came with instructions on the device, that appear easy to use. Highly recommend knowing your device before having to use!

        Hopefully I never have to use this but I think everyone should have one.. schools, hospitals, doctors offices. We keep one in our diaper bag that way it's always with u; home, car, or when we're out.
