Shipping and Handling
Once your order is verified and your payment is approved, processing begins. This takes approximately 1 – 2 business days — not including weekends or holidays. After processing, orders are shipped from the Nizok A warehouse located in Delaware and China. If an invalid address was provided at the time of order, you will receive an email from Customer Support Team requesting a new address to ship to which may prolong processing times. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is shipped. Domestic orders are shipped via United States Postal Service. The USPS delivers packages Monday through Saturday. Please keep in mind that your shipping is calculated off of your discounted subtotal, which does not include tax. This is the total AFTER sale items have been reduced and coupon codes have been applied!

Lost or Stolen Packages
Shipments lost or misdirected in transit to the destination will be reshipped to the customer once it has been determined the original shipment cannot be delivered within a reasonable time frame. We are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments when incorrect addresses are provided by the customer. Any packages returned to us as undelivered it will be re-shipped at customer expense. We are not responsible for refunding or replacing shipments for packages shown as delivered.
